We do not collect location data in the background.

Handled securely through Stripe Connect:

  • Payment method (card details stored by Stripe, not by Servisso)

  • Provider payout details (bank account information handled by Stripe)

  • Transaction history
    We do not store or access full credit card numbers.

1.5 User-Generated Content

  • Photos, videos, and posts uploaded (if you add a social feed later)

  • Service descriptions, job requests, chat messages

  • In-app messages

  • Emails or support requests

3.3 Third-Party Service Partners

We use trusted service providers to operate Servisso, including:

  • Stripe – payment processing, identity verification

  • Firebase – crash logs, analytics, authentication

  • Cloud hosting providers – data storage

  • Push notification services

These partners access data only as needed to perform services for us.
